Tradelines & NLC Credit Build

Add positive credit history — then build credit of your own.

At Next Level Credit, we believe a stronger credit profile should be built strategically. That’s why our approach can include both authorized-user tradelines and recommendations for establishing credit accounts in your own name.

Tradeline Program

Authorized-User Tradelines — 2-Month Reporting Period

Our specific authorized-user tradelines are designed to remain active for a 2-month period. A qualifying client is added as an authorized user to an established credit card account selected based on factors such as:

01
Age of the account
02
Credit limit
03
Reported utilization
04
Payment history
05
Reporting schedule
06
How the tradeline complements your existing profile

The client does not receive ownership of the account or access to the available credit. The purpose is for the authorized-user relationship to potentially report to the consumer’s credit profile during the applicable 2-month period.

Want to BUILD Credit?

Follow Our 4-Step Process.

An authorized-user tradeline is temporary. Building credit in your own name is the long-term strategy.

For clients who need to establish or strengthen their own positive credit history, we can recommend financial products as part of our 4-Step Credit Building Process.

01

Review

We start by reviewing your current credit profile to identify what’s already reporting, what may be hurting your profile, and what types of positive accounts may be missing.

02

Establish

Based on your individual profile, we recommend credit-building financial products that may help you establish positive payment history in your own name.

03

Build

Use the recommended accounts responsibly — making payments on time, maintaining appropriate utilization, and allowing positive payment history and account age to develop.

04

Graduate

As your credit profile matures, we review your progress and help you determine when you may be ready to pursue more traditional credit products and additional financial opportunities.

The Difference Is Important

Short-Term Strategy

Authorized Tradeline

Our authorized-user tradelines have a specific 2-month period and may provide additional established credit history while they are reporting.

Long-Term Strategy

Credit-Building Accounts

These are accounts and financial products selected to help you establish your own credit history through responsible use and on-time payments.

For some clients, the best strategy may involve both approaches as part of an overall credit enrichment plan.
